REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. GENERAL POLICY

At Earning Planer IT Services we maintain a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced. Our services are custom-built and digital in nature — our time and resources are allocated from the moment we agree to proceed.

2. NO REFUNDS AFTER COMMENCEMENT

Once we begin work, all payments are non-refundable — including deposits, milestone payments, and final balances. Work is considered commenced when: • We have shared a proposal and received your approval • We have started design, development, or any service task • Any files, assets, or information have been exchanged

3. CANCELLATION BEFORE WORK BEGINS

If you cancel before any work has started, we may offer a partial refund minus administrative fees (payment gateway charges, proposal time). Typically we retain 25% of the project value to cover initial consultation costs.

4. MILESTONE PAYMENTS

For larger projects we structure payments into milestones (e.g. 30% upfront, 30% after design, 40% on delivery). Each milestone is final and non-refundable once paid and delivered. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for all completed work.

5. HOSTING & SUBSCRIPTION FEES

Monthly hosting/maintenance fees (₹200–₹1500/mo) are billed in advance and non-refundable for the current month. You may cancel anytime — we provide a full data backup upon cancellation. No prorated refunds for remaining days.

6. EXTENSION STORE & LICENSE KEYS

License tokens are digital goods delivered instantly and are non-refundable once issued. If the extension is not working as described, contact us within 48 hours and we will fix it at no charge. No refunds for: • Change of mind after token generation • Accidental purchases • Unsupported browser or OS • Expired plans (please renew instead)

7. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays due to acts of God, war, strikes, natural disasters, or internet outages. Refunds will not be issued for such delays, but we will resume work as soon as possible.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Contact us immediately with any billing concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of India and jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

9. REQUESTING A REFUND

Submit refund requests to support@earningplaner.com with subject "REFUND REQUEST". Include: • Full name and contact • Project details and start date • Specific reasons • Supporting documentation We respond within 7 business days. Approval is at our sole discretion.
